We are hiring Temp / Contract Accounts Admin to be outsourced to reputable healthcare organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Administer end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling, and handling employment contracts. • Set up personnel files and update records in the system.• Manage cessation processes, such as preparing acceptance of resignation letters and conducting exit interviews. • Participate in company events and assigned projects.• Perform day to day bookkeeping & financial operations.• Maintain full set of accounts.• Handle general ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payable functions.Requirements: • preferably in HR/Accounts discipline. • Minimum Diploma holder• Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors will be advantageous.
