  • Customer/Sales request to change of commissioning date (CRD)
  • Assisting Customer/Sales to check on installer information and appointment.
  • Assisting Customer/Sales to make changes in appointment date and time.
  • Provide update to customer on the key milestone for the provisioning of non-project managed corporate circuit if requested.
RequirementsDiplomaExperienced in service desk or customer fronting.Having Telco experience is a plus.
