Providing world class services to enhance their customer airlines' reputation by projecting an image of efficiency, quality and reliability to the passengers.: - Responsible for the various aspects of software development cycle such as planning, coding, implementation, testing and support.- Support project-related assignments and BAU incident management and resolution- Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems- Develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations.- Create and design specialized reports, forms and screens for SAP module using tools SAP-Script and Smart Forms- Discuss with Internal Business Partners to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures with IT and to identify customer solutions.- Provide technical support to users on matters related to complex programming of SAP modules.- Interacting with the Architects, Analysts and other IT delivery counterparts to understand the functional requirements- Prepare and provide technical program documentation including but not limited to specifications, test conditions, test plans, and test data.- Provide technical assistance and training to staff.- Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and users.- To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work.- Able to work with stakeholders ?? Providing technical input to projects delivering SAP changes to support initial project planning and estimation processJob Requirements: - Bachelor???s degree in Engineering, Management or its equivalent.- Minimum 3 years of experience in an ABAP developer role.- Experience in HR ABAP- Experienced in Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exit, Screen Exit, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, ALE, BAPI, API and BADI.- Experience on Mobile solutions and SAP Interfacing.- Solid knowledge of smart forms and Adobe forms for Legal Sap Finance forms (AP, AR, Taxes, and Dunning letters).- Experience on SAP Upgrades (EHP, OSS Notes, Support Packs).- Experience on HR modules including payroll and FICO.- Exposure to User Interfacing tools such as UI5-Firori, Lumira and Java script based.- Experience on Process Integration tools (SAP PI/PO, Proxy Interfaces, other middleware solutions)- Experience in HANA/Open Sequel technologies & Java scripting.- Able to demonstrate a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization.- Developing and implementing changes/enhancements using ABAP technology for BAU mid-sized changes aligned to SAP standardCompensation: - AWS- Performance bonus depending on company and individual performance- Discounted Air Tickets for staff and their family members- Mon ???
