Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Customer Relation Officer located in Tanjong Pagar. Our client processes fare transactions and provides transit ticketing services such as top-ups and you will handle customer inquiries, primarily through the hotline, but also via email and other channels. The main tasks include understanding customer needs and providing accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries.

Types of calls handled involve concession-related matters, such as lost card procedures, claims for over-deductions, and SimplyGo issues. The role also requires making outbound calls to customers requesting callbacks and ensuring that all interactions are properly recorded in the call center system. Meeting or exceeding individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential.

The position also emphasizes maintaining a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers. Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed, as well as completing ad hoc tasks assigned by team leaders or supervisors, is expected.

Qualifications:

  • Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred or customer service experience
