Job Responsibilities 

  • Understanding the SOP of the operations and improving the processes 

  • Submitting daily/weekly report to management 

  • Inspection of work environment and staff KPI 

  • Doing daily QC check 

  • Ensuring workplace safety and hygiene 

  • Involve in problem solving issues and replying to clients/customers 

  • In charge of training and overseeing the operations 

  • Ensure safe work and hygiene procedures are implemented to control risks 

  • Responsible to ensure all staffs meet their job expectations 

 

Job Requirement 

  • Able to commit on weekend work, 6 days’ work week 

  • Require having 2 years of relevant working experience (eg; supervising a team in production/operation sector) 

  • Good communication skills 

  • Good leadership skills and maturity to lead a team
