  • Ensure and track timely collection of monthly instalments
  • Plan and execute product movements, such as for servicing, inspection, viewings, deliveries, and inspections
  • Update data in systems and maintain records of sales transactions, including record keeping and filing duties for, insurance, road tax, and other transaction details
  • Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department, through liaising with various sales and admin stakeholders
  • Provide internal stakeholders with necessary operations support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills Required
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of car sales and leasing processes
Other Requirements
  • Dependable, able to multi-task
  • Team player with positive work attitude
  • Able to think critically
  • Singaporean, prior experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
Estimated Salary: $2800 to $3500
