The client is a leading Software Solutions organization (IT consulting firm) helping worldwide organizations achieve their operational efficiency and decision making.

What will you do?
You will be working closely with banking/insurance clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and bridging the gaps with your understanding of the business processes and SAP Analytics solutions. You will be leading engagements and provide quality services on time and in budget. You will manage the effective delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment. Including changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, as defined. You will also be Supporting presales demos, RFP/RFI process, client demonstrations and business development initiatives. Understand advanced business requirements and turn them into design documents and functional specifications. Support project approach definition and estimates for blueprint, concept, and implementation phase. Identify high-level risks on the projects, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project. Guide the team of consultants, BAs, solution architects and developers for implementing FTP methodology for global banking clients. Develop Internal Knowledge development tools and conduct in-house trainings pertaining to core banking and fund transfer pricing methods and concepts is good to have. Lead and assist in business development initiatives along with supporting the development of the Business Unit positioning. Manage multiple projects and teams at the same time. Communicate effectively with clients and msg global management. Achieve key business outcomes while adhering to project scope, cost, and timelines, including risk assessments and change request process. Look for opportunities and engage in up-selling or cross-selling to existing customers. Manage all phases of the implementation of projects including project resources. Promote and participate in sharing expertise, strengthening msg global\' s collective knowledge. Develop your knowledge and extend project experience in SAP\'s newest and future solutions. Support in business operational topics (e.g., recruiting).

Who are you?
Someone with solid consulting experience in Banking Processes/finance. Ready to learn in depth about SAP Analytics Solutions. Has good knowledge of core banking (loans, derivatives, credit cards, saving accounts, hybrid products such as CASA etc.) and fund transfer pricing concepts and the relevant FTP methods. Experience or knowledge implementing and maintaining banking solutions for Liquidity Risk and FTP. Ability to understand and document complex banking treasury and finance requirements and design solutions. Extensive work experience in implementations of FTP, analytical or reporting solutions in the consulting or as an advanced business user. Understanding of financial or controlling processes, like budgeting, cost allocations, profitability, transfer pricing or tax calculations. Experience in managing senior-level client relationships along with upselling and cross-selling experience. Comprehensive understanding of the technology and how it affects clients\' area of the business, trends associated with the technology, value propositions for clients. Experience in managing teams along with excellent interpersonal skills. Business and financial acumen along with strong analytical mindset, structured and problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation and time-management skills. Fluent in English (oral and in writing). Ability to travel up to 80%. Must be legally authorized to work in XXX without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

It will be Nice to have Team Leadership experience, Knowledge of Balance Sheet Management and IRRBB reporting, Knowledge of financial products, specifically calculation of valuations or risk, Knowledge on SAP redwood, Fiori, SAC. Sound knowledge on SAP HANA including native data structures., Well versed with all the functionalities of PaPM including View, Join, Writer, Query, Allocation, FTP specific strip funding, cash flow, etc. Experience in SAP full life-cycle implementations, preferably with PaPM, SAP HANA Developer / Analyst, SAP Analytics Cloud and/or BPC, Technical or functional expertise in SAP applications / modules like SAP PaPM, SAC, BW, HANA, BPC, PCM, COPA or S/4, Technical expertise in SAP, preferably knowledge of HANA, SQL and BW modelling, Master\'s degree or MBA (preferably in finance, accounting, computer science, business analytics) or related field, Fluent in local language in the country of employment (oral and in writing)
