Summary of the role: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our busy Creative in-house team. You'll be responsible for providing professional in-house design solutions that support our overall Customer Marketing Strategy. It’s a super varied role, working on a variety of projects from static creatives, to video editing which should enable potential customers to engage with us and have the best city break they’ve ever had Proficiency in Adobe software and experience with Mac and PC platforms are essential, along with project management skills and the ability to work under pressure. Design: 

  • Working with multiple business units, you and the team will be responsible for creating a wealth of product information, marketing material and editorial content, in print and digital formats, which answer the needs of customers throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Responsible for designing a wide range of creative assets from web banners and social media creatives, to infographics, gifs and memes, to videos and print ads, that achieve a set creative goal. 
  • Create bespoke maps, imagery and demo videos to support the customer experience – be it across apps, websites, email, or other channels.
  • Alongside your team, you will design the following: templates for print and digital assets, static and video creatives for social media, website, PR, digital banners, corporate presentations, tradeshow booths, outdoor advertising and more. 
  • Various forms of image retouching. 

Team Output and Collaboration:

  • A key contributor to the overall output of the team, helping to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest creative standards, on time and on budget.
  • You maintain the brand visual guidelines across global teams – from site/app, partner sites, internal and external communications, etc. - you ensure brand consistency across all areas.
  • Alongside various stakeholders, to have a culture of design testing and learning, to evolve the creative for better performance.

What skills do you have that are essential in this role? 

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Exceptional with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro and HTML with strong typography skills, digital illustration skills and video editing skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a design role, covering both agency and in-house experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be pragmatic and adapt to changing priorities with the ability to roll up one’s sleeves.
  • Proactive, excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and works calmly under pressure.
  • An obsessive eye for detail.
