KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of billing staff ensuring high performance and adherence to billing processes.
  • Ensure all billing activities are accurate, timely and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
  • To handle outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up with the clients.
  • Work closely with the Operation team to ensure all billable services and activities are done properly.
  • To ensure all services and operational activities are duly captured for billing purposes.
  • To liaise with the Standards and Procedures team to update the Air Cargo Tariffs and Rules (TACT) book to IATA.
  • Provide monthly provision of expenditures for contract services and transportation.
  • To assist with Finance on recharge invoices of services.
  • Prepare and issue Liquidated Damages (LD) documentation in breach of contract.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, driven and resourceful team player with the ability to multi-task.
  • Have prior experience in managing billings and invoices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective team management and leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and accounting is an added advantage.
