Working Hours: Between 11am ~ 9pm

Position Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our home appliances products, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support in a retail environment.
  • Identify and address customers' needs and inquiries regarding our products.
  • Promote and demonstrate our home appliances products to customers.
  • Create a positive brand image and influence consumers' purchasing decisions.
  • Set up and maintain attractive demo displays and demonstration areas.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the Sales & Marketing team on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Prior sales experience in the air-conditioning industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluent and proficient in English.
  • Availability to work weekends.
