Material Handler

Responsibilities:

• Manage Material Requirement Planning/control to align with sales orders and production demand.
• Coordinate and conduct monthly stock take exercises to ensure alignment between SAP records and physical stock accuracy.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by closely monitoring feedback from sales forecasts, addressing slow-moving, and obsolete stock issues.
• Ensure and oversee the accuracy and integrity of Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Record scrap accurately in SAP and maintain declaration integrity.
• Address sales inquiries related to BOM application and verification, stock availability, lead time, and freight cost matters.
• Follow up on Hydra production system and reports.
• Assist Warehouse and Logistics in coordinating materials shipments.

Requirements:

• Team Player
• Good computer skill, experience with ERP system (SAP).
• Experience in related field with manufacturing background.
