Assistant Admin
  • Ensure daily admin to-do matrix is done and on track
  • Calendar reminder
  • Filling + Update Onedrive + OneNote
  • Follow up Research or Inquiries assigned.
  • Follow up with emails and other admin duties
  • Organize Filing and paperwork
  • Check the Letterbox every Wednesday & Friday
  • Assist the operations side if require any technical issue matter
  • Assist with any minor HR/Account related paperwork or inquiries
  • Any inquiries related assigned
Preferably:Able to speak and understand Mandarin language fluently to communicate with China Supplier and Purchase at Taobao App without any difficulties. Demonstrates strong initiative, positivity, organization, and tidiness. Effective both in team settings and when working independently with clear communication skills. Displays enthusiasm for tackling work-related challenges collaboratively with colleagues. Proficient in problem-solving.
