What youâll do

â Â Â Â Â  As Creatives specialist you act as central digital marketing specialist on interactive and innovative visualization tools & techniques

â Â Â Â Â  Responsible for ideation, development, testing and validating the new assets and techniques (360 product views,

â Â Â Â Â  Augmented Reality, Interactive web applications, Computer Generated Imagery (CGI)) to create assets in a faster,  more cost-effective and flexible way as compared to conventional photography and to drive more innovative and interactive assets/tools to support (online) sales of our products.

â Â Â Â Â  Assets are to be implemented in a reusable way across channels, serving the website (eCom shop), social media, SEO & partner channels via syndication

â Â Â Â Â  Validate performance of the assets on KPIs (awareness, engagement and conversion) by setting up pilots and analyzing results & customer feedback

â Â Â Â Â  Lead the execution and production of content in collaboration with other teams, from the concept phase to final delivery.

â Â Â Â Â  Lead the development and execution of exceptional, informative, and appealing content to attract our targeted audience and build customer preference and loyalty, based on deep insights into a wide variety of audiences, propositions and channels.

â Â Â Â Â  Lead and handle communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables. Lead and provide clear briefings, to develop the communication materials for online and offline channels.

â Â Â Â Â  Serve as the main POC for all content-related matters; aligning and collaborating regularly with the Marketing Programs & Campaigns team, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines. Handle and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs

What youâll need

â Â Â Â Â  Working experience acting as a lead producer in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team. Strong track record of content development and solid experience in marketing

â Â Â Â Â  Experienced in running content production with an innate ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time, and passionately uphold our creative vision.

â Â Â Â Â  Experience executing brand and product strategies across various content types, also producing content for a wide variety of products covering a wide range of B2C & B2B audiences

â Â Â Â Â  Have solid experience with content planning and effective resource & project management.

â Â Â Â Â  Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, productions, etc.

â Â Â Â Â  A broad knowledge of all media production methods for creation and delivery

â Â Â Â Â  Specific knowledge of working with a DAM (digital asset management) tool, or similar content distribution tool and the associated processes.

â Â Â Â Â  Highly organized, are proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable. Think strategically and solve problems independently

â Â Â Â Â  Excel at managing expectations, able to identify and articulate alternative solutions when changes arise.

â Â Â Â Â  Build relationships with cross-functional teams
